Everyone loves Bang Bang Shrimp right? Crunchy, sweet, spicy, and just delicious. Well, here is a wing recipe that is every bit as delicious, and will have your game day guests cheering for another round!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings and drummettes separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Frankie Z’s All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 Finely chopped green onions for garnish
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss wings in olive oil, salt, and all purpose seasoning.
- Once wings are coated, add them to the air fryer basket, and cook on air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Flip wings, and air fry for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden brown. You may have to work in batches.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce I used Fly By Jing Zhong Sauce, and it was insanely good), and Sriracha in a large bowl. Stir well to combine, salt to taste, and set aside.
- Remove wings from frier, and allow to cool only for a minute or two, until you can handle them without burning yourself. Toss hot wings with sauce mixture by hand, or with a spoon until well coated. I find that tossing with your hands ensures every crevice of the wings are covered in sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
